Cambro UPR1826FA40580 Description
The Cambro UPR1826FA40580 Camshelving® Ultimate sheet pan rack's 323⁄50-inch-wide by 251⁄2-inch-deep by 7119⁄50-inch-tall structure is lined with 40 rust- and corrosion-resistant composite plastic rails capable of holding 40 full-size sheet pans or 80 half-size sheet pans. Because they're spaced 11⁄2 inches apart, this unit is great for high-volume cooking or baking. This heat-resistant structure can hold pans retrieved from a 350-degree-Fahrenheit oven, while the positioning ribs keep the pans centered during storage and transport. An 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pan can be placed on the top frame to protect contents stored on the lower racks. To simplify transport from a kitchen to a walk-in cooler and vice versa, this unit is fitted with 5-inch metal casters; two casters include brakes to secure the unit in place as pans are loaded and retrieved. For durability, these casters are centered over a metal stem.
