Cambro UPCHW400401 Description
The Cambro UPCHW400401 Camcarrier® insulated food carrier comes in blue and is part of the Heated Ultra Pan Carrer® H-series. This front-loading unit is constructed of one piece for durability, and its foam insulation helps retain ideal temperatures. The food carrier has room for six 2 1⁄2-inch-deep pans, four 4 1⁄2-inch-deep pans, three 6-inch-deep pans, or two 8-inch-deep pans.
To facilitate carrying, the Cambro UPCHW400401 heated pan carrier is designed with molded-in handles. Its nylon latch helps retain desired temperatures, while its vent camp ensures steam is released and pressure remains equalized. The pan carrier can be stacked to optimize storage space. Its four 6-inch casters enable mobile applications; two of the casters swivel, two are fixed, and one has a brake for stationary use.
