Cambro UPC1600SP401 Description
The Cambro UPC1600SP401 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier is engineered to keep food at safe holding temperatures for 4 hours. It uses a one-piece, polyethylene shell and foam insulation to retain air—this shell increases durability and provides corrosion resistance. This server has two compartments that can be loaded from the front. Because the pan carrier has a security package, it can be used in high-security areas, such as correctional facilities.

- 1-piece, double-wall, polyethylene shell doesn't easily crack, dent, or rust
- 2 full-swing doors
- Strong, nylon latches keep the doors secured

- Vent cap reduces steam to keep pressure equalized
