Cambro UPC1200194 Description
The Cambro UPC1200194 Ultra Camcart® food carrier features a one-piece construction, so it has no crevices that could harbor crumbs and bacteria. It's made of double-wall polyethylene—a material that doesn't rust, crack, chip, or dent. Insulated with polyurethane foam, proper air temperatures are preserved inside the cabinet to ensure food is warm when served. This unit is positioned on 6-inch casters that facilitate food service in a catering environment.
To streamline cabinet access, the Cambro UPC1200194 insulated food carrier is loaded from the front, and its doors are fitted with nylon latches that are swift to open and close. A bumper mounted around the cabinet protects it during collisions; handles situated at the top facilitate maneuvering the carrier during transport. To ensure food doesn't become soggy in storage, each compartment has vent caps that remove moisture.
