Cambro UPC1200192 Description
Accommodating a combination of 21⁄2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-inch-deep, full-size food pans, the Cambro UPC1200192 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier has a 90-quart approximate capacity and can be loaded from the front. Handles simplify pushing and steering, while molded-in bumpers protect it from impacts. Situated on 6-inch casters, the unit is mobile—great for use in banquet and catering applications.
The Cambro UPC1200192 food carrier prevents stored product from becoming soggy by using vent caps to rid the cabinets of moisture. Constructed of polyethylene, it's durable enough to withstand commercial needs and is insulated with polyurethane foam to prevent unwanted temperature loss. To ensure proper temperatures are maintained, the doors seal shut with airtight gaskets.
