Cambro UPC1200191 Description
The Cambro UPC1200191 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier is insulated with polyurethane foam to ensure food inside remains warm. Airtight gaskets on the doors seal them shut to retain temperatures; vent caps on each cavity can be used to remove moisture, ensuring food doesn't become soggy. It comes in granite gray to blend in with many catering halls and reception areas. This unit is loaded and unloaded from the front, and the doors can be opened easily with nylon latches.
Positioned on 6-inch casters, the Cambro UPC1200191 food carrier is mobile to help employees serve food to customers. Two casters are fixed and two swivel, enabling optimal user control. The unit includes molded-in bumpers to protect it if it bumps into a wall or another piece of equipment. It accommodates approximately 90 quarts, so it can be used to hold various full-size food pan depths.
