Cambro UPC1200186 Description
Designed with a 90-quart capacity, the Cambro UPC1200186 Ultra Camcart® food carrier accommodates 21⁄2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-inch-deep, full-size food pans. To facilitate cleaning, it's made of one piece with no crevices in which crumbs can get lodged. Its double-wall polyethylene exterior is durable and resists dents, cracks, rust, and breaking. To prevent food from becoming soggy, moisture is released through a vent cap in each cavity.
The Cambro UPC1200186 insulated food carrier comes in navy blue to add a pop of color to a banquet hall or catering environment. In order to prevent temperature loss, the doors are sealed with airtight gaskets, and the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam. This unit is fitted with 6-inch casters for mobility; molded-in bumpers protect it if it's knocked into surrounding equipment.
