Cambro UPC1200158 Description
The Cambro UPC1200158 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier's approximate capacity is 90 quarts, enabling it to hold 21⁄2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-inch-deep, full-size food pans. It includes 6-inch casters for mobility, while molded-in bumpers protect it during collisions in transit. For simple maneuvering, it's equipped with handles and two swivel casters to guide it around turns.
To ensure hot air doesn't escape the cabinet, the Cambro UPC1200158 food carrier's doors are sealed with airtight magnetic gaskets, and the unit is insulated with polyurethane foam. Each cavity is built with a vent cap to remove moisture and ensure food doesn't become soggy. It comes in hot red so it can be used in color-coded systems, and it's loaded from the front to simplify product retrieval.
