Cambro UPC1200157 Description
Made of double-wall polyethylene, the Cambro UPC1200157 Ultra Camcart® food carrier's exterior is dent, crack, chip, and rust resistant. Its door latches are constructed of durable nylon, and its interior is insulated with polyurethane foam to prevent temperature loss. To ensure heat is retained inside the cabinet, the doors are fitted with airtight gaskets to seal them shut.
The Cambro UPC1200157 insulated food carrier is positioned on 6-inch casters to enable mobility. Two casters swivel to improve its maneuverability; one has brakes to hold the unit still while the cabinet is loaded and unloaded. Accommodating a wide variety of full-size food pan depths, the carrier's approximate capacity is 90 quarts. Vent caps built onto both cavities ensure food doesn't get soggy.
