Cambro UPC1200110 Description
One-piece, seamless, double-wall polyethylene comprises the Cambro UPC1200110 Camcart® insulated food carrier, giving it a long service life by resisting dents, cracks, and rust. Polyurethane foam-insulated compartments and airtight gaskets are integrated throughout to maintain temperatures. Users have full access to the cabinet's interior by way of the doors that swing open 270 degrees to streamline product loading and retrieval. After the doors are closed, nylon door latches secure them in place for a tight seal.
By holding as many as 16 food pans measuring 8, 4, or 21⁄2 inches deep, the Cambro UPC1200110 food carrier can contain 90 quarts of product. Each of the two compartments has a vent cap that releases steam, reducing sogginess during holding. Equipped with heavy-duty casters that swivel and brake, this 281⁄2-inch-wide by 321⁄2-inch-deep by 451⁄2-inch-high unit is portable.
