Made of one-piece, seamless polyethylene, the Cambro UPC100401 Ultra Pan Carrier® has no crevices that trap food particles, and to streamline cleaning further, it can be placed in a dishmachine. The exterior resists scratches with its textured design and its green hue looks nice in many venues. Great for use when electricity is unavailable, this unit is insulated with polyurethane foam to retain temperatures for as long as 4 hours. Hot foods remain in the 179-to-190-degree-Fahrenheit range, and cold foods are held from 33.9 to 35.8 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Cambro UPC100401 insulated food carrier has four E-Z grip nylon handles that help employees maneuver it to serve guests. It self-vents to release steam, and to ensure temperatures don't change, the lid is sealed tightly with removable gaskets. To prevent food from spilling, the lid also has four latches that prevent it from opening.
