Cambro UGNPR11F18480 Description
With a composite plastic construction, the Cambro UGNPR11F18480 Camshelving® food pan trolly is freezer safe and endures temperatures as high as 390 degrees Fahrenheit to withstand hot pans. Its 18 slides are positioned 3 inches apart to accept 18 full-size or 36 half-size Gastronorm food pans, and to accommodate an additional food pan, the unit is built with an open top. Each shelf supports 100 pounds, though to prevent structural damage, the trolly shouldn't be loaded with more than 750 pounds total. This full-size unit measures 28.75 inches wide by 17.25 inches deep by 67.19 inches high.
The Cambro UGNPR11F18480 pan sheet rack is fitted with 5-inch non-marking casters that promote mobility without leaving scuffs on the floors. To maximize user control, the casters swivel and lock as needed. Molded pan stoppers on each shelf prevent food pans from sliding off the unit while handling turns or rolling over bumps during transport. This unit comes in speckled gray to match existing Cambro equipment and common kitchen, hotel, and banquet hall themes.
