Cambro PCUPP615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Ambient Insulated Food Carrier w/ (16) Pan Capacity, Gray

Constructed of durable polyethylene, the Cambro PCUPP615 Pro Cart Ultra™ food carrier has two compartments and a 16-pan capacity. Its exterior stays cool to the touch, unlike metal carriers, and both compartments can keep foods at safe temperatures for more than 4 hours because of CFC-free polyurethane insulation in the walls. For efficient tray loading and unloading, the gasket-free door opens to 270 degrees, and a magnetic, quick-close feature closes the doors even when little pressure is applied.

To accommodate products of varying sizes, the Cambro PCUPP615 food carrier is equipped with 16 sets of stainless steel rails with 1¹⁄₂-inch spacing. On top of the unit, a marine rail provides extra storage space for housing trays, and a perimeter bumper along the bottom prevents damage to walls and the carrier itself. Each compartment has a solar digital thermometer on its exterior for temperature monitoring.
