The Cambro PCUPH615 Pro Cart Ultra™ food carrier has two compartments that accommodate varying sizes of sheet pans, hotel pans, pizza boxes, and trays. Its top section is not heated, while the bottom compartment has a temperature range of 150 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Both sections are insulated with polyurethane to retain temperatures, and an energy-saving heater in the bottom compartment creates heat that circulates throughout the interior. In 45 minutes, its bottom compartment preheats, and if the door has been opened for 30 seconds, it can recover temperatures in 3 minutes.

To provide storage space for pans and trays, this Cambro PCUPH615 food carrier has a marine rail on top, preventing items from falling off. The carrier is made of polyethylene, which is durable and cool to the touch. On the exterior of both compartments, a solar digital thermometer enables the user to keep an eye on the temperatures. Both doors are equipped with locks and open a full 270 degrees for efficient product loading.
