The Cambro PCUPC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ food carrier has a cooled bottom compartment with a temperature range of 32.5 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and to chill the unit without a compressor, it uses environmentally friendly, thermostatic cooling. In 90 minutes, this cart can prechill to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and if the door is opened for 30 seconds, it can recover temperatures in 10 minutes. Its top compartment is not cooled and maintains ambient air temperatures.

Because it is insulated with polyurethane, the Cambro PCUP615 food carrier maintains safe food temperatures for more than 4 hours. Its durable polyethylene construction stays cool to the touch for safety, and both compartments can hold a combination of sheet pans, trays, and pizza boxes. For efficient loading and unloading, the gasket-free doors open to 270 degrees, and they have a magnetic, quick-close feature that enables them to close with little force.
