The Cambro PCUHHSP615 Pro Cart Ultra® tall food transport cabinet is built with two hot modules that generate and maintain temperatures from 150 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit using gentle, non-radiant heat. For uniform distribution, heat moves from the front of the compartments to the back. Each compartment can preheat in 45 minutes, and operators can gauge interior temperature with the doors' solar-powered digital temperature readouts. If the doors are opened for 30 seconds, the unit can recover lost temperatures in 3 minutes. Great for catering service in areas without wall outlets, it can maintain generated heat for as long as 4 hours because it's built with CFC-free polyurethane insulation.

To accommodate a variety of products, each compartment in the Cambro PCUHH2615 electric food pan carrier includes eight pairs of stainless steel universal pan rails. These rails can be adjusted in 1¹⁄₂-inch increments to hold 16 full-size sheet pans, 32 half-size sheet pans, 32 full-size food pans, (16) 15³⁄₄-inch by 23¹⁄₂-inch trays, and (16) 16-inch by 16-inch by 2-inch pizza boxes. So users can access one section at a time, the two doors can open independently; their 270-degree opening simplifies pan insertion and removal. This 28-inch-wide by 35³⁄₄-inch-deep by 66-inch-tall unit is made of durable rust-, chip-, dent-, and crack-resistant polyethylene and comes in charcoal gray to blend in with common catering themes. To simplify transport, its four heavy-duty casters provide smooth mobility; two of the casters have brakes to secure it in place during use. The integrated perimeter bumper lessens impact to walls if the unit bumps into them.

To deter theft and tampering, this unit is built with a security package. While its fasteners keep its side column panels attached to the cart, the cross-locking rods behind the column panels secure five pan rails in place. The doors are also nonremovable with hasps can be secured with a separately sold lock.
