This Cambro PCUCH615 Pro Cart Ultra™ food carrier provides space for both hot and cold dishes. The top section is hot, ranging from 150 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, while the bottom section is chilled at 32.5 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit—both of which can be adjusted to fit the user's needs. When transporting, internal temperatures can be quickly checked with individual thermometers on the doors. Menu contents can be written on an index card and placed in the doors' pockets or written directly on the pockets with a grease pencil. On the back, vertical handles provide a comfortable grip for staff members of various heights, enabling them to precisely control the carrier's movement. For safety, a bottom bumper protects walls from damage and securely latches the doors.

Inside each section, five universal rails can accommodate sheets, pans, and even pizza boxes. The sections are insulated with dense polyurethane foam and separated from both the outside and each other. For help with closing the doors when users' hands are full, magnets in the doors and cabinet pull them shut. The Cambro PCUCH615 food carrier is constructed of polyethylene, which is durable and efficient to clean.
