The Cambro PUCC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ food carrier keeps products cool using electricity, and food is stored in two sections that operate separately. Whether using food pans, sheet pans, or pizza boxes, the universal rails can accommodate various product. Their internal temperatures can be set anywhere from 32.5 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, chilling the product at the proper temperature, while polyurethane insulation keeps cold air inside, increasing energy efficiency.

Doors close tightly with latches and magnets, eliminating gaskets that would need cleaning and replacing. For monitoring temperatures, a solar-powered thermometer is on the door, and a small exterior pocket can fit instructions, a map, or menu information. Mounted on casters, this Cambro PUCC615 food carrier rolls quietly without scratching floors. A perimeter bumper protects the structure from dents, and its polyethylene construction is break and crack resistant for long-term use.
