The Cambro PCU2000HH615 hot insulated food carrier measures 30 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 68 inches high and features two compartments with two active hot modules. Each compartment is insulated with polyurethane, and to uphold safe conditions, it maintains food temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit with gentle, non-radiant heat. For additional convenience, it can be adjusted from 70 degrees to 185 degrees via its integrated touchscreen. So operators can monitor conditions with ease, each compartment has an integral digital solar thermometer, and to reduce downtime, temperatures can be recovered in 20 seconds.
Overall, the Cambro PCU2000HH615 hot insulated food car measures 30 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 68 inches high and is constructed of dent- and crack-resistant polyethylene. This unit can hold (28) 21/2-inch, (20) 4-inch, (12) 6-inch, and (8) 8-inch-deep Gastronorm 1/1 food pans, and to ease the loading process, its doors open at a 270-degree angle. For securing items inside, this unit features nylon-padded latches and spring-loaded magnetic door catches. To maneuver it from one location to the next, it has molded-in handles and sits on 6-inch casters: two fixed and two swivel with brakes.
