The Cambro PCU2000CC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ cold insulated food carrier measures 30 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 68 inches high; this tall unit can hold (28) 21/2-inch, (20) 4-inch, (12) 6-inch, and (8) 8-inch-deep food pans. To ease loading, the doors open at a 270-degree angle, and for longevity, they sit on stainless steel hinges. For securing the items inside, this unit has integrated spring-loaded magnetic door catchers and nylon paddle-style latches. Its exterior sports a durable polyethylene construction, and to ease transportation, it boasts molded-in handles and sits on 6-inch casters.
For cold-temperature foods, the Cambro PCU2000CC615 food carrier features two cold compartments insulated with foamed-in polyurethane; its cold module cools down to 321/2 degrees Fahrenheit. Its thermoelectric cooling technology allows this unit to operate without a compressor, which is ideal for on-the-go use. Its touchscreen increases operator convenience and adjusts temperatures between 321/2 degrees and 70 degrees. To monitor internal conditions, it features a solar-digital thermometer, and temperatures can be recovered in 30 seconds.
