Cambro MDSPC9110 Camchiller® Pellet for 9" Plate - Plastic, Black

Great for salads, pasta, and sandwiches, the Cambro MDSPC9110 pellet sits under 9-inch plates to keep served products at the optimal cool temperature before serving. It should be placed in the freezer for at least two hours before use and can retain cool temperatures for 45 minutes when used with a chilled-plated and insulated dome. Its black body is shatter resistant at freezing temperatures to reduce mess and user injury, and after use, operators can place this dish in a dishmachine and stack it with additional pellets in storage.
