This Cambro MDC1418S20192 meal delivery cart can hold (20) 14-inch by 18-inch trays, which are distributed equally among two 5-rail compartments. The rails each hold two trays with 5¹⁄₂-inch spacing between the levels to fit mugs and dome plate covers. Made of polyethylene, the cart is heavy duty and corrosion resistant, while polyurethane foam insulation keeps air in the unit, maintaining product temperatures for as long as possible. The doors are not insulated, but they have vents that release air to prevent condensation from building up. Menu clips are integrated into the doors to hold product identification cards so users can conveniently find product. For mobility, this Cambro MDC1418S20192 ambient meal delivery cart has two swivel and two rigid casters, which have two brakes that keep the unit in place.
