This half-size rack features an open, 6¹⁄₂-inch-tall compartment that accommodates bowls, pans, pots, and prep and display dishes. Water, soap, and air can move freely throughout the compartment for thorough cleaning and drying, and the rack's closed walls protect stored dishes from stray airborne contaminants. Ergonomic handles molded into each side simplify transport, while the smooth sides and rounded corners prevent discomfort when carrying the unit. The unit's cranberry red base can be added to color-coded systems to manage inventory.
