Because each shelf in the Cambro EXSK2142S4480 solid-shelf plate kit is made of polypropylene, they can be installed in locations with temperatures ranging from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Shielded with the additional support of Camguard® antimicrobial protection, this kit is ideal in walk-in units and other high-moisture locations as it limits mold growth. The four shelves are attached to existing units using dovetails, while the traverses provide extra strength to support dynamic loads. Each shelf measures 42 inches in length by 21 inches in width.
