Cambro EXA183072V5480 Camshelving Elements XTRA Add-On Vented Shelving Unit - 5 Shelves, 30"L x 18"W x 72"H

From the Camshelving® Elements XTRA series, the Cambro EXA183072V5480 shelving add-on features five Camguard infused shelf plates designed to slow the development of mildew, mold, and bacteria between regular cleanings. The polypropylene frame and traverses resist rust and corrosion, raising the longevity and durability of the unit. Because of its construction, this unit maintains structure in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the shelf plates can detach from their respective traverses to be safely cleaned in a commercial warewasher.

Building the Cambro EXA183072V5480 is simple and doesn’t require tools. A mallet can be used to expedite the process and it’s recommended to have a team of two during the initial assembly. The unit has a total capacity of 2,000 pounds, though each individual shelf can support as much as 800 pounds. Customers should note this unit doesn’t fit previous Element models and is only compatible with the Elements XTRA series. To mesh with most back-of-house settings, its speckled gray appearance boasts a neutral, speckled gray design.
