Cambro EMU246078DRPKG 3 Level Mobile Drying Rack for Trays

Engineered to hold trays, the Cambro EMU246078DRPKG Camshelving® Elements mobile drying rack also can be used with cutting boards, sheet pans, plates, and lids. This rack style promotes air circulation around clean wares for complete, sanitary drying, and it can be used as storage, keeping contents organized and accessible on three levels. Each tier holds 35 items for an overall capacity of 105 trays. Its ABS plastic drying cradles keep the trays upright and stable, can be removed for washing in the dishwasher, and have a lightweight feel with break- and corrosion-resistant durability. Easy to assemble upon arrival, this drying cart kit includes two mobile post kits and six traverses. The posts are mounted on premium swivel casters for portability around the dishroom and can be locked in place.
