As an all-in-one system for tray drying and storing, the Cambro EMU244878DRPKG Camshelving® Elements mobile drying rack has space for 84 trays, organizing them after they've been washed. Using this rack eliminates unsanitary stacks of wet trays; it's compatible with plates, lids, sheet pans, and cutting boards. This unit has three 48-inch by 24-inch levels, each with four ABS plastic drying cradles, and the plastic construction resists rust and breaking with a lightweight feel. When the drying cradles must be cleaned, they can be removed and run through a high-temperature dishmachine. Mounted on premium braking swivel casters, this cart can be moved around dishrooms for convenient tray access and floor cleaning. The rack is shipped knocked down and is easy to assemble with all parts included: two mobile post kits and six mobile traverses.
