Because it endures temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be used to hold supplies and bagged goods in a closet or pantry as well as produce in a freezer or cooler. Air circulates through the slots in the vented shelf plates to reduce dust and moisture buildup while providing uniform product temperatures in coolers. This model and other units of the Camshelving® Premium series are made of durable, rust-, corrosion-, and peel-resistant polypropylene to handle frequent deliveries and high-volume use.

The Cambro CPMU184267V5480 louvered shelving unit includes Camguard® antimicrobial protection that ensures sanitary storage until the shelf plates can be removed and cleaned in a dishmachine. The steel and polypropylene posts attach to both sides of the shelving levels and come preassembled to eliminate a setup step. For installation, the unit includes 10 traverses, molded-in dovetails, and two sets of post connectors. It's equipped with swivel casters to provide mobility for versatile placement.
