The Cambro CPU183672V4480 Camshelving® Premium shelving unit's 36-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 72-inch-high footprint is made up of four vented shelves. These shelves feature a gapped design that promotes airflow around stored items, keeping cold temperatures even in walk-in coolers and freezers while eliminating dust accumulation in pantries. While each shelf can hold 800 pounds, this four-shelf unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds. The shelves are made of polypropylene, which resists damage from humidity, moisture, and chemicals, and this plastic is smooth, easy to wipe clean, and dishwasher safe. Between cleanings, the shelves are protected from mold and fungal growth by an antimicrobial agent, helping prevent stains, degradation, and odors.

Safe in temperatures ranging from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cambro CPU183672V4480 starter shelving unit can be installed in dishrooms, walk-ins, and pantries. More durable than Cambro's Basics Plus and Elements series, it's part of the Premium collection—a line that supports frequent product turnover and heavy products in high-volume operations. This series is also easier to assemble than other Cambro models because its dovetail joints come molded into the preassembled posts without requiring any on-site installation.
