Because the shelves are vented, they reduce dust and moisture buildup by enabling air to flow freely around stored product.

The Cambro CPU216072V4480 starter shelving unit comes in speckled gray to match other models in the Camshelving Premium series. With a total capacity of 2,000 pounds, it's ideal for storing heavy equipment and bulk ingredients, and it can be used in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit to enable placement in a walk-in freezer or hot kitchen.
