Cambro CPA184272V5480 Description
The Cambro CPA184272V5480 Camshelving® Premium add-on shelving unit offers five extra shelving tiers when joined with a Premium starter shelving unit. Each shelf can hold 800 pounds and measures 42 inches wide by 18 inches deep to provide sufficient space for various products. The shelves' louvered surfaces improve airflow, which is vital for storing perishables. Free-flowing air also can minimize moisture and dust buildup to protect stored contents. These corrosion-resistant polypropylene shelves can be used with harsh chemicals and saltwater and contain Camguard®—an antimicrobial agent that slows bacterial spread between regular cleanings. Safe to wipe clean and sanitize in a dishmachine, these smooth-surfaced shelves are simple to wash.
As stock is rotated, the Cambro CPA184272V5480 add-on shelving unit's shelves can be raised or lowered along the unit's steel and polypropylene posts so new products have ample space. Once it's assembled, it measures 72 inches high. To expedite attachment to a starter shelving unit, 10 traverses, a post kit, and dovetails are included. The posts ship preassembled with built-in dovetails, saving a setup step that's required when installing Cambro's Basics Plus and Elements shelving units. The add-on unit's speckled gray coloration matches the original starter unit and other Premium components for uniformity. To accommodate a wide range of products, this unit can be stored in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit for dishroom, walk-in refrigerator or freezer, pantry, or loading dock storage.
