This Cambro CPA246084V5PKG Camshelving® Premium add-on shelving unit measures 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 84 inches high and includes the necessary hardware for attachment to a Premium starter shelving unit: two unassembled steel and polypropylene posts, 10 traverses, and dovetails. Unlike Cambro's Elements and Basics Plus shelving units, the dovetails are molded into the posts to expedite setup. These components enable operators to fasten the add-on unit to the starter system in a straight line or U-, T-, and L-shaped configurations to fit cramped storage spaces. This speckled gray shelving system withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for use in common storage spaces, such as walk-in refrigerators or freezers, pantries, dishrooms, and loading docks. Because the posts and traverses have polypropylene coatings, they resist corrosion in humid environments.

While each shelf in the Cambro CPA246084V5PKG add-on shelving unit accommodates 800 pounds, this unit shouldn't store more than 2,000 pounds to preserve its strength. Perishables can be stored on the slotted shelves, which improve airflow to reduce moisture and dust buildup. Made of polypropylene, the shelves resist rust and corrosion, are impervious to harsh chemicals and water, and contain Camguard® antimicrobial protection to inhibit bacterial and fungal growth between standard cleanings. Simple to sanitize, these shelves can be wiped clean or washed in a dishmachine. As inventory changes and new products need to be stored on the shelves, their traverses can be removed and repositioned along the posts.
