Cambro CPA243672V4480 Camshelving Premium Vented Add-On Shelving Unit - 4 Shelves, 36"L x 24"W x 72"H

Part of the Camshelving® Premium series, this Cambro CPA243672V4480 add-on shelving unit can be attached to a Premium starter shelving unit in U, T, and L shapes or in a straight line based on allotted storage space. It measures 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 72 inches high and includes the necessary components for assembly: traverses, dovetails, and a post kit. Because the post kit ships assembled and dovetails are built into the posts, it can be assembled more quickly than Cambro's Elements and Basics Plus shelving systems. The traverses and posts also have steel cores with polypropylene coatings, so they resist corrosion in humid environments. Overall, this speckled gray structure is safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

As much as 800 pounds can be loaded on each shelf in the Cambro CPA243672V4480 add-on shelving unit, though more than 2,000 pounds shouldn't be stored on the unit to avoid damage. Each polypropylene shelf has gapped surfaces that let air pass through the shelves and around stored product to eliminate moisture and dust that could impact storage quality. Since air can move through the shelves freely, perishables and bulk ingredients can be stored safely on them. The shelves' corrosion-resistant construction is impervious to saltwater and harsh chemicals, and it contains antimicrobial protection that inhibits bacterial and fungal growth between standard cleaning cycles. When sanitizing is required, the shelves can be wiped clean or run through a warewasher.
