For quick and easy assembly, the Cambro CPU247264V4PKG polymer shelving unit includes eight traverses, molded-in dovetails, and two unassembled post kits. The four posts have a steel construction with polypropylene exteriors that are strong enough to attach to both sides of the shelf plates. Each of the shelf plates feature a vented design that promotes air circulation, reducing the buildup of dust and moisture. To prevent bending and damage, the unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds at once.

The Cambro CPU247264V4PKG louvered shelving unit features a speckled gray appearance that matches Camshelving® Premium units already in place. The unit is made of polypropylene—a durable material that won't rust, corrode, or peel when exposed to temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This plastic also resists damage from food acids, moisture, chemicals, and salty air. To inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria that could lead to stains or odors, the shelf plates contain Camguard® antimicrobial protection.
