Able to be used in a wide variety of settings, the Cambro CPU242472V5480 Camshelving® Premium shelving unit withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Each of its five shelves is made of polypropylene; this sturdy, simple-to-clean plastic is ideal for commercial use and can be placed in the dishwasher. The shelves have a louvered structure that promotes airflow to minimize dust buildup in dry areas and moisture accumulation in humid environments. To inhibit germ growth, the shelves are protected with Camguard® antimicrobial.

A five-tier model, the Cambro CPU242472V5480 starter shelving unit measures 24 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 72 inches high. It has a total capacity of 2,000 pounds to support heavy supplies and comes in speckled gray to match other models in the Camshelving Premium series. To expedite setup, this unit comes with two preassembled post kits, molded-in dovetails, and 10 traverses.
