Cambro CPU215484VS4PKG Camshelving Premium Vented/Solid Shelving Unit - 4 Shelves, 54"L x 21"W x 84"H

Designed for versatile, high-volume storage, the Cambro CPU215484VS4PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving unit has three louvered shelves and a solid shelf. Gaps in the louvered shelves encourage air circulation, which preserves uniform temperatures in walk-ins and prevents dust from building in pantries. The remaining shelf gives operators a solid surface for small and irregularly shaped items or goods that tend to leak. Because this solid shelf doesn't have gaps, it also works well with linens that need to remain unwrinkled.

Made of polypropylene, the shelf plates resist damage from salty air, acidic foods, chemicals, and moisture. Safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, this plastic can be installed in pantries, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, and dishrooms. If the shelf plates get dirty, they can be wiped down or run through the dishwasher. They're made with Camguard® antimicrobial protection, inhibiting mold, bacterial, and fungal growth to prevent stains, odors, and product degradation.

As part of the Premium series, the Cambro CPU215484VS4PKG starter shelving unit is a durable, easy-to-assemble alternative to Elements and Basics Plus shelving from Cambro. All the components needed for assembly are included: unassembled post kits with molded-in dovetails and traverses. Because the dovetails are built into the posts, they don't need to be added in the field. The traverses and posts are made of polypropylene-finished steel, which provides the durability to support the storage of heavy products and frequent deliveries. When it's fully assembled, this shelf unit has a 48-inch width, 21-inch depth, and 84-inch height.
