A versatile option for high-volume storage, the Cambro CPU214884VS4PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving unit has three louvered shelves and a solid shelf. Gaps in the louvered shelves promote air circulation, preserving uniform temperatures in walk-ins and preventing dust accumulation in dry storage. The remaining shelf provides a solid surface for storing irregularly shaped and small items that could fall through louvered shelving. This design also works well with linens and potentially leaky products.

With their polypropylene construction, this shelving unit's shelf plates are resistant to damage from chemicals, acidic foods, moisture, and humidity. This plastic is safe to be used between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, accommodating installation in dishrooms, pantries, and walk-in coolers and freezers. If they get dirty, the plates can be left in place and wiped clean or removed and washed in a dishmachine. Camguard® antimicrobial protection is integrated into the shelf plates to help prevent product degradation, stains, and odors by inhibiting mold, fungal, and bacterial growth.

The Cambro CPU214884VS4PKG starter shelving unit is part of the Premium series—a durable, easy-to-assemble alternative to Basics Plus and Elements models. It comes with all the components needed for assembly, including unassembled post kits and compatible traverses. These traverses secure into the posts' molded-in dovetails, which don't require on-site installation. Because the traverses and posts are steel with polypropylene exteriors, they're durable for heavy use and resistant to corrosion. When fully assembled, this shelf unit measures 48 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 84 inches high.
