The Cambro CPU214284VS4PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving unit measures 42 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 84 inches high. It has four levels of shelving, with each level accommodating 800 pounds. Altogether, the unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds. Three shelves are louvered, providing air circulation around stored items. In walk-in coolers and freezers, free-flowing air promotes consistent cold air distribution, and in pantries, it reduces dust buildup. The remaining shelf's solid, gapless construction is ideal for small and irregularly shaped items.

Made of polypropylene, this unit's shelf plates are strong, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean. The plastic resists damage from chemicals, moisture, humidity, and food acids, and it's safe between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. With this level of durability, the shelves can be used in dishrooms, dry pantries, and walk-in coolers and freezers. The plates can be wiped clean or removed and sanitized in a commercial dishwasher. Between cleanings, Camguard® antimicrobial protection prevents product degradation, odors, and stains.
