Cambro CPU213064V5480 Camshelving Premium Vented Shelving Unit - 5 Shelves, 30"L x 21"W x 64"H

Built to support high-volume loads of supplies and ingredients, each shelf in the Cambro CPU213064V5480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit accommodates 800 pounds, though loading the unit with more than 2,000 pounds could cause structural damage. These five 30-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep shelves are made of corrosion-resistant polypropylene and feature gapped surfaces so air can move through the slots and circulate around stored contents. An antimicrobial protection agent built into the shelf plates slows fungal and bacterial growth between regular cleanings. When they must be sanitized, the shelves can be removed, wiped clean, and washed in a dishmachine.

Though the Cambro CPU213064V5480 louvered shelving system comes unassembled, it includes preassembled post kits, 10 traverses, and molded-in dovetails to facilitate setup. Once installed, it measures 30 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high to fit common storage spaces and provide sufficient space for shelf adjustment. To accommodate changing inventory, the shelves and traverses and can be removed and repositioned along the shelf posts. This shelving system is safe to store in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling use in walk-in coolers or freezers, pantries, and dishrooms.
