It can be placed in walk-in coolers, freezers, dry storage areas, and more, withstanding temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It has four levels, with three louvered shelves and one solid shelf. To promote airflow, its louvered shelves are designed with gaps and its solid shelf can be placed on the bottom to buffer stored items away from the floor.
