The Cambro CPHU246075V4480 Camshelving® Premium shelf unit is made of polypropylene to resist corrosion, bending, and denting. Its four vented shelves hold 750 pounds and enable air flow around the product. It can withstand temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, while four 5-inch grooved, swivel casters securely roll on a raised track and have brakes for safety. An antimicrobial is molded into the shelf plates to help prevent bacteria growth, while a stationary unit should be placed every 15 feet of the track to stabilize the system.
