The Cambro CPA213684VS5PKG louvered and solid add-on shelving unit has five tiers: Four of the shelves are vented to promote airflow, and the last one is solid to hold small items so they don’t slip through any cracks. Designed for installation to a preexisting shelving unit, this kit accommodates temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This enables installation in a kitchen near hot equipment or in a walk-in cooler. Made of polypropylene, the shelves are strong enough to accommodate 800 pounds each.
