Cambro CMBHC1826TBF192 Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart - Thermometer, Granite Green, 110v

This Cambro CMBHC1826TBF192 hot and cold cabinet has a tall profile that accommodates 2¹⁄₂-inch-deep, 4-inch-deep, 6-inch-deep, and 8-inch-deep full-size food pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches. Pans are secured in place by anodized aluminum uprights and chrome-plated steel slide rails that can be adjusted or removed for inventory changes. Its exterior has a seamless, double-wall polyethylene exterior that doesn't get hot throughout operation and defends against rust, cracks, and dents. Users have full access to the cabinet's interior via the swing-open double doors, which are removable for cleaning. Furnished with casters, it's lined with molded-in bumpers that help protect walls and furniture from scuffs.

Versatile enough to accommodate hot and cool temperatures, the Cambro CMBHC1826TBF192 insulated holding cabinet retains high temperatures for as long as 6 hours and maintains cool temperatures for 4 hours. Operators can monitor temperatures on the solar-powered digital thermometer, which provides a temperature readout in Fahrenheit. The control dial is adjustable to simplify operation. To minimize cold spots or warm areas, the cabinet's aluminum louvers circulate air throughout the interior.
