To ensure product stays at its intended temperature prior to serving and during events, the Cambro CMBHC1826LF192 Camtherm® hot and cold cart maintains temperatures greater than 140 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 hours while unplugged and retains temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours. A solar-powered, digital-display thermometer integrated on the front provides accurate temperature readouts in Fahrenheit. To maintain heat and chill throughout operation, its door is secured with sturdy nylon latches and magnetic door gaskets, creating an airtight seal.

This low-profile Cambro CMBHC1826LF192 hot and cold cart measures 30¹⁄₂ inches wide by 42 inches deep by 42³⁄₈ inches high. For mobility and stability, it's furnished with two 6-inch swivel front casters and two 10-inch rear rigid casters. To accommodate small- or medium-size catering events, it holds 12 full-size food pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 2¹⁄₂ inches. Its top-mounted marine rail holds two full-size food pans, one sheet pan, or a cutting board—ideal for adjusting a layout prior to serving.
