Cambro CMBH1826TSF191 Camtherm® Hot Cart - Thermometer, Granite Gray, 110v

Engineered to accommodate various food pan sizes, the Cambro CMBH1826TSF191 Camtherm® hot cart has chrome-plated steel slide rails that can be raised, lowered, or removed to support inventory changes. Both doors swing open 270 degrees, granting full access to the cabinet's interior for simple loading. A sturdy piece of double-wall polyethylene comprises the exterior, so it can be cleaned easily, resists dents and rust, and stays cool throughout operation. This unit's tall structure is furnished with two front swivel casters that have brakes and two rear rigid casters.

Operators can manage and adjust temperatures with the Cambro CMBH1826TSF191 hot cart's temperature control dial. Being solar-powered, its digital thermostat provides accurate readouts of temperatures in Fahrenheit. For even heat circulation, the aluminum louvers gently direct air throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots. Intended for catering applications, it preheats within an hour and can be unplugged for 4 hours without dropping below 140 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent heat loss, it recovers lost temperatures within a minute when doors are open for 30 seconds.
