The Cambro CBU243664V5580 polymer shelving unit comes in brushed graphite gray to blend with common kitchen decor and match existing shelving units. Camguard® antimicrobial is built into the shelf plates to inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria, and for use in high-volume establishments, this unit is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant polypropylene that endures temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Because of its material, this unit is a suitable choice for holding supplies in a pantry and produce in a walk-in cooler or freezer.
A five-tier unit, the Cambro CBU243664V5580 louvered shelving unit measures 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 64 inches high. The shelf plates are vented with openings that promote air circulation, providing uniform product temperatures in a cold environment and reducing dust buildup in dry areas. For installation, the wedges and post connectors come preassembled, and this kit includes 10 traverses and five bags of eight dovetails.
