The Cambro CBU216072V5580 Camshelvin® Basics Plus shelving unit features five shelf plates made of strong, simple-to-clean polypropylene. Because they have gaps, these shelves minimize dust and moisture buildup by promoting airflow around product. The shelves are supported by four composite posts, and to prevent wobbling, the posts are equipped with leveling feet. For easy assembly, this unit comes with all the necessary equipment.
To accommodate heavy supplies and large equipment, the Cambro CBU216072V5580 starter shelving unit has a total capacity of 1,800 pounds, and it measures 60 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 72 inches high. For placement in a hot kitchen, warm dishroom, or walk-in cooler, it withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
