For strength and chemical resistance, the Cambro BR712184 Camrack® base rack is composed of polypropylene; this material also endures temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling use in high-heat commercial dishmachines without damage. To support use in a color-coded system, its base is beige, and its three extenders come in soft gray. This unit is full size and has a single compartment that's designed to accommodate large wares such as pots and pans. Because it has open inner grating, the compartment encourages thorough washing and drying. Its closed outer walls create a barrier to keep contaminants out in storage applications.
