To extend its service life in high-volume dishrooms, the Cambro BR712151 Camrack® base rack is constructed of sturdy polypropylene. It withstands exposure to temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit as well as harsh dishwashing chemicals. A full-size unit with a single open compartment, it measures 19³⁄₄ inches wide by 19³⁄₄ inches deep by 8⁷⁄₈ inches high and can be used to wash large pots, pans, and prep bowls. Its inner grating ensures water circulation and drying is thorough, while the closed outer walls reduce the risk of ware contamination in storage. This rack comes in soft gray to support color-coded use.
