Meant for use at high-traffic catering events, this Cambro BAR730DSCP668 Cambar® portable bar measures 77⁵⁄₈ inches wide by 28¹⁄₂ inches deep by 47¹⁄₂ inches high and is fitted with 6-inch swivel casters to improve maneuverability. Its Sedona style features a decorative ABS plastic countertop and an elegant front panel to match upscale hotels, banquet halls, poolsides, and golf courses. To preserve this appearance, it's made of rust-, chip-, dent-, and scratch-resistant polyethylene. This unit is partially equipped for soda service as it includes a sealed-in cold plate, an 80-pound center ice sink with a cover, a seven-bottle speed rail, and a carbon dioxide speed rail, but operators must install a premix or post-mix soda gun system to serve alcohol and carbonated drinks.
